About our GREEN ENERGY Vacation Home:
We generate our own electricity with our brand new solar system on the roof ! So no worries when you turn on the A/C or the pool heating. Our in June 2019 completely remodeled, comfortable, tastefully furnished, and light-flooded vacation home provides everything needed for relaxing holidays as a couple or with the family and friends. It is a brand new beach home which is typical of the Island, and it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are no holiday estates in the direct vicinity, all walls (interior and exterior) are insulated so that you can sleep without disturbance. The garden and pool area is hidden from view since it is a cornerlot and has lots of big palms along the fences. The tropically designed garden with a pool looked after by landscapers is oriented towards the south and it is sunny all day long!
Sufficient space is available for two cars in the access area to the house and in the two car garage. The unloading of purchases is quickly and easily manageable since you can drive directly up to the entrance or in the garage and use the door to the hallway.
We used only high quality materials like oak hardwood floors, Kraftmaid Kitchen and Bathroom Vanity Cabinets, Cambria Luxury Quartz-countertops, high quality mattresses, Samsung washer and dryer, high speed internet (work remotely with our 500MB Wifi or Lan Network) and much more ......
The master bedroom is equipped with a KING size bed and it has a big ensuite bathroom with huge shower and a free standing tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a Jack & Jill bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has one Twin and one Twin XL and is connected to the Jack & Jill bathroom. All bedrooms have a window and all of them are equipped with a HD flat-screen TV, ceiling fans, and closets. The layout is divided into two sleeping areas also offers adequate privacy for each guest.
The generously sized living-room is equipped with an additional large 65“ HD flat-screen TV offering 125+ Channels, a portable “Beatsbydre” beat box with blue-tooth and USB, a printer and a Playstation. The open kitchen is equipped with all amenities such as microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, mixer, big fridge, etc. The breakfast nook and kitchen Island offers enough room for six persons. The Pool Table is always fun. There are several new board games (Chess, Monopoly, Cards...), too.
A high-quality washer and dryer (with enough detergent on site), ironing-board, and electric iron are accommodated in a separate and well insulated laundry room.

Our house is completely air-conditioned and can be heated if necessary.
You will feel extremely well in the quiet, sunny, and very private outdoor area. The large 13 X 25 FT own heated pool which is 3 to 6 feet deep is big fun. The pool service checks the water quality and cleanliness once a week. The pool area is spaciously designed and it is equipped with an outdoor shower, deckchairs, a sufficient number of chairs, 55" TV and comfortable lounge seating under roof. On a Weber gas grill culinary highlights can be prepared to be subsequently enjoyed at the sheltered outdoor seated area whilst your kids continue enjoying themselves in the pool. If you are travelling with toddlers - you'll find a NUNA-crib, highchair, play-tent and tarp for the beach.
The beach is just around the corner: direct access to the beach is within a walking distance of approximately 350 feet / 90 seconds. Of course, beach chairs, sunshades, a cooler, large beach towels, beach toys are available as well - and a cart to bring it to the beach.
We are encouraging all guests to purchase ‘For Any Reason’ trip insurance at time of booking for unforeseen travel issues - including fear of travel or simply changing your mind. You may purchase travel insurance during your booking process.
Before you contemplate to book this property - be aware of what the City of Holmes Beach wants to let you know: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property."
About the Owner14 years ago we fell in love with the Island. We bought our first house in 2013. Every year we enjoy the beautiful sunsets, famous restaurants and nice people. We'd love to share this little Paradise with you. The new house was bought in 2018 and remodeled in 2018 and 2019 but we are maintaining the property and immediately replace outdated or worn out things in the house. We are looking for frequent guests who love the house and the Island like we do.
